Inspire Ambition Foundation, Inc. offers programs designed to address the common barriers children, adolescents and families encounter. IAF, Inc. provides resources that empower and enhance growth in and out of the home. Programs introduced by the foundation concentrate on positive reinforcement, athletics and academic achievements. Our focus begins with children as early as infant/toddler stages and develops through after school programs for grade school children.

Ambitious Movement Program (AMP):

Academic excellence is our primary focus at IAF, Inc. After school tutoring and enrichment programs hone in on assisting students with homework, preparing for tests/exams, and providing the basic daily enrichment to help students comprehend their lessons. With our dedicated faculty, paired with our passionate volunteers, your child will gain individualized attention in areas of:

  • Analytical Thinking
  • Math
  • English
  • Science
  • History

IAF, Inc. believes that children thrive for healthy and safe outlets of energy and activity. Not only do we want our children to strive academically, we want our children to be well-rounded individuals. Our youth have the opportunity to gain valuable lessons on the importance of teamwork, dedication, and group goals through our organized sports. Under our athletic organization, the Preston Hollow Knights, we currently offer athletic programs in football, cheerleading and dance for children ages 5-12. PHK aims to develop active youth into knowledgeable and responsible athletes through the education of fundamental practices and skills. With our No Pass, No Play approach to athletics, your children learn that these extracurricular activities come second to the academic responsibilities each child must fulfill.

Preston Hollow Knights is the newest organization in the North Texas Region of Pop Warner Little Scholars. Integrating our North Dallas teams with PWLS gives your child the opportunity to compete and learn sportsmanship with other children across the Dallas/ Fort Worth areas. Our teams do not hold try outs so all of our IAF, Inc. students qualify to participate! Through the PHK Football program, your child will compete with kids of similar ages and size. PHK Football enforces a strict age and weight system that reduces the risk and reality of injuries.

Cheer & Dance

Participation in the PHK Cheer & Dance program provides children the opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised and safety-oriented environment. Through the PHK Cheer and Dance program, your child will compete with kids of similar ages across Dallas/ Fort Worth. PHK enforces a strict age and weight system that reduces the risk and reality of injuries.

Growing up is not always a smooth transition. Issues with self-esteem, relationships, academics and family are sometimes easier to work through with the help of someone you trust. Mentors are great resources in a young person’s life to help cope with these many day-to-day challenges. Good mentors are those that can relate to youth in different ways and find avenues to help overcome these obstacles. In our mentoring program, youth of all ages can be paired with an adult mentor to help identify and work through personal issues of social growth and development in areas such as:

  • Academic Goals
  • Athletic Goals
  • Building Friendships
  • Bullying Prevention
  • Child Abuse/ Domestic Violence
  • Self-Esteem
  • Peer Pressure
  • Personal Goal Setting

Parental involvement and participation is key for the success of our future leaders. We aim to educate families about the importance of wellness within a family unit. Parents have the opportunity to receive education in the following areas:

  • CPR & First Aid Certification Classes
  • Healthy Communication
  • Healthy Meal
  • Choices
  • Moral Support
  • Positive Home Environments
  • Staying Active as a Family
  • Financial Responsibility
